Our Staff Team

Brookdale Day Nursery is owned and directed by Family team: Susan Walker, Keith Cody and partner Claire Byfield. Susan is the registered provider.

The Nursery Manager is Carole Croft and the Nursery Deputy Manager is Natasha Byrne & Lianne Blood.

All our staff are qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare, one having a teacher status. Carole is qualified to Level 6.

Brookdale Day Nursery is committed to the continued professional development of the staff team, ensuring all statutory training is up to date and that new training is undertaken.

All staff have Safe Guarding level 1 and Paediatric First Aid. All management are Safe Guarding Level 2 and are nominated Safeguarding officers

Meet our wonderful, friendly and enthusiastic staff team, these include Natasha, Carole, Sue, Lianne, Danika, Shannon, Michelle, Lucy, Anna, Rachel, Tanya, Emma, Jasmin & Bex.

Key Workers

When you enroll your child in Brookdale Day Nursery you will be allocated one key worker and a buddy to ensure that you and your child will always have a familiar face to go to in Nursery.

Your key worker is your main contact point and the primary person providing the care for your child.

Your key worker is responsible for planning for your child, producing their Learning Journal and communicating with you and keeping you up to date with your child's progress.

Key worker meetings can be done with your key person up on request.
